Your Genetic Potential To Gain Muscle and Lose Fat

If you have hit a plateau in your journey to lose fat and gain muscle, it’s easy to blame your lack of progress on genetics. Now before I move onto the valuable lessons that I’ve learned about genetics, it is important to note that we do have some genetic limitations when it comes to transforming our body. I definitely acknowledge that. BUT, most of us are nowhere close to achieving our genetic potential or reaching those limits.

It’s my hope that today’s video lesson and my personal example, will ignite a fire under your butt to step up your game and make the absolute most out of the gifts that you have been given.

Gain Muscle and Lose Fat: My Transformation

Since the age of 14 I have been completely fascinated with our ability to totally transform our body. This fascination is now at an all time high, igniting a fire within me to take my own personal body and life transformation to the next level. In the process it is my hope that you will also become fascinated with the human body and experience a fire lit under your butt to embark on your own personal transformation.

Body Transformation ResultsThe Transformation Fascination report is a growing documentation of my ongoing body transformation. My goal is always to gain muscle and lose fat. Within this report you will see exactly what I eat and what workout I’m following. You will see daily pictures of my progress to see how my actions are impacting my physique. You will also hear my deepest thoughts about my progress, my body, and how it’s impacting my life.

My plan is to ease into this transformation. I’m not doing anything extreme. I’m not following any particular diet plan and I’m not counting calories. I will have a relaxed approach in the beginning and as I build momentum I will tighten things up, while adding some advanced techniques.
